CHECKLIST FOR NURSERY

Completed Registration Form with emergency contact details already handed to the Nursery or handed in on day one.

Completed Standing Order Mandate for fees already handed to the Nursery or handed in on day one.

Completed medication form if your child is on repeated medication i.e Asthma Inhaler.

Completed “A day in the life of your child”. This information is essential to provide continuity of care between the Nursery and your home environment.

PLEASE MARK ALL YOUR CHILD’S CLOTHES, FOOTWEAR AND BELONGINGS (INCLUDING BOTTLES)

Your child should wear recreational play clothes. We use aprons/overalls but your child’s clothes will become messy during a days play!

Please bring a full change of clothes (vest, pants, socks, top, trousers or skirt). The spare set will be stored until required; you will be informed when to bring in a replacement set.

Nappies/Baby Wipes/Cream/Vaseline

Sunhat/sunscreen in summer

Warm coat/gloves/ hat/scarf in winter.

Lunch provided in a named lunch box (not afternoon only children)
